BEPCO Hydro Revenue

BEPCOMOP Environmental CEO Charles Diamond has owned and operated Bath Electric Power Company (BEPCO) since commencing the sale of power under contract to local utilities on June 4, 1985.   The recent BEPCO power contract was signed on the 12th of December, 2007 for delivery of its net power and capacity from January 1, 2008 on long term contract to Public Service Company of New Hampshire (PSNH).   The contract pays for energy at the spot market prices listed in ISO-New England (ISO-NE).   This long-term contract is perpetually renewable with PSNH unless willfully terminated by BEPCO.  The contract cannot be terminated by PSNH as long as BEPCO adheres to the standard contract provisions.

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. will acquire all the components of hydroelectric power plant asset gradually over the next four years which includes: revenues, real estate, equipment, license and utility contract.  The transaction will be paid by MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. from 20% of net BEPCO revenues.   The transaction also includes a one time payment of 25,000,000 shares from MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc.  The appraised value of the hydroelectric power plant based upon revenue comparables is $3,000,000.
